ARPAN interview questions

The interview panel consisted of 2 people. Most of the questions in the interview were around the work experiences and understanding around child sexual abuse. They also want to see whether one is sensitive towards how we talk about this topic.

Describe a challenging project you worked on. What were the obstacles, and how did you overcome them? This question assesses problem-solving skills, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
