Interview
Very straight forward, I got asked 4 situational questions and what supermarket I shopped the most at (the interviewer said to me my response for the last question didn't matter and they were just curious!!).

Describe a time where you had to handle a difficult situation at work.
it was a smooth process that involved tas questions were asked following the STAR process. if you know what you are doing, you will get it right. Be confident, engaging and let them be the judge..if it's yours, it's yours.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted within a week to attend a group interview at my local store. The process was straightforward and well-organised. The session lasted about a quarter of an hour, which consisted of a short chat with two managers.
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. It seemed like they were mostly looking for enthusiasm, teamwork, and a basic understanding of customer service. No technical questions or formal assessments were involved.

Do you think you could handle someone being denied service
It was professional but quite relaxed and not stressful. The interviewers were friendly and happy to answer questions I had. They were timely and did not leave me waiting around.
