It was all very relaxed and comfortable, with good staff to make you feel at ease throughout it all.

Question 1
The usual stuff: Tell me a time you've went above and beyond, etc...
Simple questions about if you have any experience driving vans. What hours you are able to do , most of the time they're after evening and weekend workers. Ask about previous job roles and how you feel you would cope in the role. A few customer scenario situations and how you would resolve them.

Interview
I was shown around the 'pod' was asked about my experience and my current job I was then taken to an office and was asked what hours I was looking for, what shifts I'd prefer and they took a copy of my passport then once that was done I was shown out and told I'd be contacted in a few days I am still waiting 3rd day
Very relaxed, friendly and person centred.
I was made to feel at ease and was offered guidance if I felt unsure about anything.
Small group setting, much better than a mass interview
