The interview process was good. The staff were friendly. The process consisted of a tour of the shop floor, helping to stack shelves and identify any risks/problems on the shop floor (e.g. any rubbish). Staff asked a few questions about why you want to work there, what is important, etc. Overall easy and not very stressful.

Interview day with a group of people, we had to run through scenarios to see how we would react if we had the job, for example stock rotation, interaction with customers, tidying in line with company procedures

I applied online and got an email a week later invitinng me to the magic day where there was about 8 of us applying for seasonal positions. Made us build a tower from marshmallow and spaghetti to show teamwork. We walked the shop floor and had to write down good and bad things about how stick was presented and then feed that back to everyone. Was told they'd be in touch if successful. I got a phone Call 30 minutes after I left asking if I would be willing to work nights, I said yes and they invited me for an interview with a night section leader that evening. Went in and shadowed a colleague for 30 minutes and then had a quick interview and was offered the job there and then.
