Question 1
How would you impove the way you work, tell about yourself, what mistakes you done and how did you learn from it, how would you greet customer , then group assesment with quite easy scenario but always not enough time for my age to respond / I know I have more exerience than yoing people and could do this test well but with young people in the group I have no time to respond because they faster and more assertive and am always behind (( But hey am learning )))
They just asked a bunch of questions about my previous experience and basically just went through my CV. There were a couple of other questions but I forgot what they were.
Mostly team building exercises, building houses out of cards and getting to know you questions. There was about 10 of us, maybe more. It felt a bit silly and not really like a job interview. They didn't really ask us anything, just observed how we interacted with each other.

Question 1
They asked my name and how I would handle a specific question from a customer. I can't remember what that was now.
