fairley easy process first is the asda magic progress where your in a team and have to solve problems as a team then your shown round the shop and then if succesfull you get a 1 to 1 interview
It was a very simple interview process with a lot of positive questions asked about my experience. There were some group acitivities also which included some customer service role plays.
Easy friendly interview. Just checking I had all the relevant paperwork for my right to work in the UK. And also what hours I would be able to work for them.

Interview
Very relaxed, basically just asked me when can I work, all about my availability, nothing personal. Quite a quick process from interview to job starting. Think they were desperate for home shoppers.
