Tour round the store and then a Group Activity to get to know one another followed by another activity to build a brand new asda HQ as a team and the present your ideas. Followed by 1-2-1 interview after being asked to come back one week later.

How would you deal with working with someone that you didn't get along with?
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
