Easy interview
Application
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Croydon, England) in July 2011
Interview
It was more like a quick chat with a manager than a interview. I was seated with one Manager and he just went over my application for and wanted to know my interests and availability to work. I then told on the spot that i got given the Job and what department I would be working in.
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
Easy competency questions with one interviewer. Some questions about how you'd help customers and work with colleagues. Some questions about my background and how I could make a positive impact.
