Group interview and a solo interview with the manager from the department I started on. The group interview involved showing how we work within a team to construct a tower.
Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
