I applied to the job posting about an Android developer advertised on Linkedin. A recruiter reached out to me a week later showing very little to no interest. I managed to move forward to the technical interview with 2 android developers (1 junior female and the other one a male mid-senior who thought he was a senior). Both developers also showed disrespect during the interview by trying to disqualify me and talking to me in a very condescending way both with the camera turned off. I was the only one person, out of 3 people, that was with the camera on (even the recruiter had the camera off). I got the job probably because they did not find anyone better. All process looked like they were in a hush to get somebody hired as quick as possible.
