Interview
The interview process was relatively easy and straightforward. However, communication could be improved, as there was sometimes no clear follow-up or closure if the candidate did not pass the project. On one occasion, I was interviewed by the user for a different job description than the one I had originally applied for, which caused some confusion.
The recruitment process was pretty quick. Since I had two user interviews for different teams, the process took a bit longer (around 2 weeks). But if you're only interviewing for one team, it might only take a week or so.

Challenging and to the point. I feel the professionality of the talent aquisition. The admissions test given related to the role applied. The people is nice and humble to the candidate.
