I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ATM.com in Feb 2022
Interview
Had a chat with Abe Wheeler from ATM which lead up to a call through video. Abe was very informative and provided me with lots of details about the company. Afterward, I met with 6 other members of the team. They all write code like language arts professionals (e.g. look up their past work and you'll find their code written beautifully). After the coding challenge, I met with Inderpreet whose character I absolutely loved. He definitely portrays the ideal sense of leadership. His humor reminds me of Abed from the show Community but without the robotic talk and more of a matured sense of community expert. If you get a chance to meet Inderpreet, trust me it's totally worth it!
The only reason I turned down the offer was because of circumstances that prevented me from accepting it. This was the first time I teared up from having to let go of a company whose culture was so good. If you choose to stay, I can say with certainty your motivation will be very high with Abe, Inderpreet, and Daniel by your side.

Question 1
I was asked about everything you could possibly imagine. Multithreading/processing with semaphores, heavy algorithms, documentation, database design, projects, etc. I was stripped completely open.
