ATP Direct interview questions

The first interview was about talking to the manager directly and answering a few normal interview questions and fill out a sheet of questions. The second interview was the meeting directly with the Trainer, she was super nice, loved her. She showed me what to do on a daily basis. They said it depended on the campaigns. When I was there, the campaign was about giving out free phones to whoever receives food stamps or medicade.

It's a three step interview process. The first interview lasts about fifteen minutes, and the second interview lasts a few hours, where you shadow an employee for the morning. It's "direct sales" in that the company has employees selling phones to people on welfare in low-income populated areas. I walked out of the second interview. It is a pyramid scheme.
