ATS Engineers interview questions

I applied to ATS and received a text from them wanting to setup a phone interview. The phone interview went well, everything seemed what I was looking for. Was told I would be contacted again soon. I never heard anything so I shot the guy a follow-up text, he got back with me and said they are super busy and he would contact me the next day. Didn't hear anything so about a week later I sent another follow-up text again. Guy said he's super slammed and he promises he will contact me the next day. Never heard a word. A week later I send ANOTHER follow-up text and he promised he just got out of a meeting where he got the green light to hire me from the owners. Didn't hear from him for a week so I sent yet again another follow-up text and it showed he read it but I never got a response. Sent one more follow-up text just to see 3 weeks later and again he read it but never responded. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.
