AVTAR Career Creators interview questions

I dont remember applying but one day I suddenly got a call from them and went there to take the interview as I very limited options. It was just one day process and I was interviewed by 2 interviewers (Manager and COO) and was finally offered. I did not have any previous experience in the field as my previous experience was not at all related to HR field and they did not ask me anything from HR but gave me a lots of advices and offered me the job only because I have great communication skill. I admired the offer because they understood what I am good into and did criticize what I don't have. Went there by 9:30 AM and I was selected by 2 PM.. 2 rounds for F2F discussions only.

Interview is good and the way the HR interviewed me was good and polite. Immediately they got back to me with the result. Reception is nice and entertaining with videos about company and celebration.
