Video interview that is mostly to evaluate your skills in given area and to assess your line of thinking. Good experience but overall nothing outstanding without irregularities. Not that much of respect to the candidate they gave.

They asked me to buy all my own computer and software. Then sent me a check for over $2,200 that bounced. The entire process is done via text messaging no actual contact with a human.
