It was more conversation-based, and it also included a 4-hour writing assignment. It interviewers were very nice abut it was also a very delayed response. All in all it was a good company to interview for. They are based of new york city which happens to be another plus point. Just know your resume well.

Interview
The first "interview" features a representative discussing the internship and its structure. They do the majority of the talking, while you'll ask them some questions at the end. The second interview is more formal, where two associates give you traditional interview questions.

The people were really friendly but the 4-hour test requires a lot of preparation. I had one phone interview before I got through to the test. They take a pretty long time to get back to you. Overall a good experience.
