Acasus Senior Associate interview questions

The process started with an interview conducted by the Global HR team, focused on professional experience, motivation, and overall fit for the company. It was a straightforward and transparent conversation, with behavioral questions and discussions about salary expectations. In the second phase, I was interviewed by a Senior Advisor, who assessed my technical skills and practical experience in the sector. The conversation was professional and centered on concrete examples of my previous work. Finally, I had an interview with a Project Manager from the local team. At this stage, it became clear that there is some misalignment between the global HR team and the local team. Despite positive initial feedback, the local team may use subjective arguments, such as "the candidate does not demonstrate a consulting structure in problem-solving," to justify a negative decision, even when the candidate’s qualifications and experience are appropriate. It appears there is some local resistance to profiles recommended by the global HR team. Overall, the process is clear, but the decision criteria may not be entirely objective, depending on the relationship between the local and global teams. Total duration of the process: 4-6 weeks.
