We talked about a pre defined salary and they continued whole the process with okay with it. But after the tech interview is okay, they asked me the current salary and decreased their offer significantly. And defended themselves : " Okay your case study and tech interview are very successful but they are not the only thing to decide your salary, we don't agree someone should have such a big salary raise".
