Screen call with recruiter who described next steps as hiring manager review and update that week on whether there would be an interview Recruiter then ghosted (no response to follow up, could have simply said we went another direction but potentially they do not value candidates/employees)

Interview
Very intense. Includes an assessment of excel skills and writing ability. It was over a month long process which included 4 rounds of interviews. The employees were very kind and nice. But I had to check in regularly just to get an update on the process and where I stood.
