      Pros

      A VERY collaborative company! Between the company-wide collaboration and the small start-up environment, you really get the opportunity to work closely with people across all departments. Work-life balance and benefits are great - flexible PTO, lots of paid holidays, summer Friday's, and 100% paid healthcare premiums. The product has a lot of potential and really offers a great solution for customers.

      Cons

      Feels like everything is on fire most of the time. Mostly due to the incredibly unrealistic promises made to customers - and the CEO is the worst offender! Lack of resourcing (worse than what can be considered acceptable even at the start-up level). Departments aren't backfilled when people leave and we're left unable to deliver for customers. Pay is pretty low compared to similar roles at other companies. Most people who leave do so because they got an offer somewhere else that is drastically higher pay. Bonuses are few and far between.

      Pros

      - incredible work-life balance - collaborative, smart team - opportunities for growth working here has been great in that I have had the opportunity to learn so much! the work-life balance is fantastic, and "micro-manage" does not exist in our vocabulary the team is full of kind (for the most part) helpful people who are all working towards one goal. I've seen many people grow here via promotions and outside projects you have to speak up and be patient but management cares about keeping people happy so they'll do what they can to keep you around

      Cons

      - new UI is difficult to navigate but it is in its early stages so there are a lot of kinks being worked out - no clear process for a lot of things, still very much in the start up phase - pay is a clear issue across many teams and people feel underpaid - you end up spending a lot of time troubleshooting and investigating issues which can cut into your actual allotted work time and that can be frustrating
