Interview
Very relaxed, was asked a few technical questions and shown around the facility. The hands on assessment was very enjoyable too. There were a few question I did not have the answer too but i don’t believe it negatively affected the interview

How does you background correspond with the job description?
Applied on the company website and had a Teams interview with hiring manager then inhouse interview. Thw interview consisted of mixture of electronics and mechanics aptitude tests. Last part was hands on building one of the tools based on some schematics.
