ActBlue Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The process took nearly 4 months (though some of the delay was due to the holiday), including a 3 hour take-home assignment and about 5 hours of interviews. In the end I was sent a form rejection from a noreply email. After all the effort I put in, the impersonal dismissal left a very bad taste in my mouth. Everyone was polite and friendly but the process moved extremely slowly and some interview questions felt redundant.
