Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Action Benefits (Southfield, MI)
Interview
Had a phone screen with the recruiter and then he sent me a couple of tests to take. He called me back a couple days later and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview. I had two separate interviews, each time with two or three different people.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. They asked about my experience, the toughest client problem I had to deal with, what kind of company I wanted to work for. That kind of stuff. The interviews were all really friendly and I felt like they just wanted to get to know me.
I sent in a resume and a few days later got an email from the HR consultant asking to set up a phone interview for a few weeks in the future. The phone interview wasn't too bad, but some in-depth situational type questions were asked. A week after the phone interview, I got an email asking me to take some online tests, and upon passing those, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The face to face interview was much more casual than the phone interview. I got a call the next morning with a job offer.
