First Round – Initial Interview The first round consisted of a general interview where they asked a few questions to assess my background, experience, and suitability for the role. The questions were fairly standard, covering topics such as my previous work experience, technical skills, and how I handle certain situations. The interviewer was friendly, making it a comfortable conversation. Second Round – Excel Test The second round was an Excel test with only 10 questions. The test was not too difficult and mainly focused on fundamental Excel skills. It covered areas such as formulas, functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), data filtering, and basic data analysis. The test aimed to evaluate my proficiency in handling financial data efficiently.
