I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acumen Solutions (McLean, VA) in Oct 2009
Interview
The interview process is a bit normal for a consulting firm. It started off with a phone interview then a face-to-face interview with the Manager. Once she was sold on me, her boss came in to meet with me. Then there was about a few days for them to discuss and then invite me back in to meet with some of the potential team/clients/direct reports. After that, they wanted to move forward quickly since I had a competitive offer and ran my background check which was about 7 business days. Then I got an offer pretty quickly. All-in-all, pretty smooth process.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acumen Solutions (San Francisco, CA) in June 2013
Interview
An agency sent my resume to VP Employee Services at headquarters in VA.
I had a 30 min screen and great initial conversation.
2nd Tech screen with one of the Managers of the office.
In person met 3 people very relaxed and connected with all 5 interviewers which is rare in my book.
