They primarily recruit at BYU job fairs. I know some applicants simply sent in their resumes with a cover letter when they wanted to apply, so the company is continually hiring (~4 times a year).
The interviewers really just wanted to get a feel for how I interacted with people (they want to hire people who they would enjoy being with for around ~20 hours/week when they're stressed, tired, nervous, etc. Like most companies, they don't want to have personnel issues when they are trying to get the job done.
