4 step interview process. First one is a HR round where they get to know about how interested you are why you have chose this position and company, second round is a coding assignment, third round is technical phone interview and 4th is in person interview.

Interview
Well it started of with a phone interview
1. the first one was completely HR...initial screening, typical questions like tell me about yourself, challenges faced, alot of stress on teamwork.
2. Next was a coding exercise via GoToMeeting, time is short but exercise is pretty simple, have to pass certain test cases
3. Next round was a technical one again on phone which emphasised more on past experiences, be thorough with the technologies worked in the past as to why you worked with those technologies, what improvement could you have brought if any.
4. Usually people are called onsite after the above step but I had another phone interview which was again technical, much mroe in depth, about object oriented concepts
5. Final round was onsite, HR+ technical, coffee session and tour of office.
