Very easy if you ask me they made everything simple and on point they let us know exactly what we would be doing and why they needed us they let us know everything upfront and don't shy away from details
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
