Interview process was straightforward and it was online. Person was friendly and asked standard competency based questions.

Do not go for the interview. Not somewhere you would want to work. Unprofessional interviewers, I can only imagine how horrible it would be working there. Save yourself the torture and look somewhere else. It is not worth it.
