I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (New York, NY) in June 2016
Interview
I had two phone interviews before I went to their office. I first had a portfolio review, followed by one on one meetings. I was interviewed by 5 different people of their team, including directors, managers and lead designers from different departments. The whole process was pretty long (3 hours), but the questions were pretty standard and everyone was very nice.

Question 1
How do you feel about making products for other designers?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was exhaustive. 4 rounds over the course of 2 months. 2 personal with the hiring manager, 1 panel presentation, and then 6 1:1 with the team for the final round
Unusual Questions that pertained to the bootcamp i was taking. The interviewer kept asking more about what my classmates were like and by instructors. Not about my skillset or any projects I worked on.
It became more of a personality mismatch and very conversational.
The interview process began with a phone call with a recruiter to learn more about the job position and then a call with the hiring manager to learn in depth about the details of the role. Afterwards, I was called in for a on-site interview which lasted about 4 hours (lunch included) to do a portfolio review and 1:1 meetings with team members.
