Adolescent is right... Adolescent professional behavior is more like it. This company has a complete lack of organization and does not seem to care about the interviewees. My original interview was canceled and I had to follow up with my interviewer's assistant multiple times to get him to respond to reschedule. It was finally rescheduled after three emails, however, I was given a 4 pm interview time and my interviewer did not show up until 4:15 pm.
The cherry on the cake was when I logged onto the interview link, there was another gal that logged on soon after. Turns out, she was another candidate and we were given the same time and link for the interview. I can honestly say that I have never experienced that from a company before.
Additionally, my interviewee was unprepared, she didn't have my information and didn't even know my first name. They completely ghosted me, even after follow-ups and a thank-you note. There just seems to be an air of unprofessionalism and disorganization, and it worries me when I am seeing that also coming from the co-founder who was my interviewer.
I would honestly suggest to anyone to avoid applying. My experience was terrible and I did not feel respected as a human during the process at all. Additionally, I spoke with past employees after reviewing the Glassdoor reviews, and I was told some concern accounts regarding lack of professionalism starting from the top of the organization, as well as poor work-life balance, lack of direction and career growth/ professional development, and blatant disrespect of employees by management. All in all, not receiving an offer turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
