The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
Received Text page from an 'HR Representative' from Adrenas Therapeutics, for multiple positions with this company and to begin an Interview process. The process directed me to add an 'Interview Manager' I would be connected to via the Telegram App (to be downloaded for this purpose). Her username (in a link provided in the text msg) to access and setup an account for myself with my Name and Cell #, and then begin the 'Interview Process'. After checking Glassdoor's Interview Reviews, declined to continue and noted the App, Telegram, was to be used instead of the previous App, Signal, noted in those Reviews I've read through. This was the second type of 'Interview Request' I have received in one week of searching for employment. The first was also a scam when the HR Agent's email address was a gmail address when checked in the chat program in use for that 'Interview'. Declined to go further in both cases as a result.

interview was weird and i think it was a scam. had me download this weird app and didn’t ask too personal of questions but definitely got a weird vibe. wanted me to check back in the next morning to see if i got the job or not
