Take an automotive knowledge test to verify you can serve customer well, and standard ethical questions etc. via computer. Involves a one-on-one interview with GM and possibly CAM/ASM and DM to gauge competency and ability to follow company guidelines as laid out during the interview process. Really not difficult if you have the knowledge and drive.

They don't pay near enough for the job. The interview wasn't bad at all. I ended up getting the job but they didn't explain the micromanaging and measures they implement on employees. I wouldnt have worked there as long as I did if it wasn't for a great work family. My manager and coworkers were just trying to make it like me.

Very direct, discussed the job details, expectations, and hours. Basically wants you to be an assistant manager for $13 an hour. We discussed benefits and opportunity for bonuses once the history of the underperforming store was cleaned up.
