Initial recruiter reached out to me in February 2011, told I would hear from him in one week, didn't here from anyone again until April 2011, interviewed with Regional VP and Regional HR, told I would have an answer by end of week, after 3 weeks, received a "rejection" email. Two weeks later received a call from a new recruiter about the same position and she was unaware of my rejection email, as she was told I was the one they wanted to hire, ultimately they hired someone else, who didn't work out. Job posted again in August 2011, I applied again, the recruiter was ecstatic that I applied, interviewed at a local store with 3 people in September, was convinced I was getting the job, however they wanted to pay very little for a lot of duties, did not get offer,, salary requirements to high. I assume it will be posted again soon.

Today's current interview process of give me an example of when this situation occurred and how you handled it, three person interview panel including Regional VP, District Manager and Finance Director. Some questions on MS Excel and Oracle knowledge, Needed basic mail merge and Word knowledge. The questions were asked in a 'round robin' style. The panel seemed to be pleased with their style of questioning and seemed wrote a lot while questioning.
