I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AdvantAge Ontario (Toronto, ON) in June 2019
Interview
Was contacted via email for an interview that included a test. The test was to read an article about senior related challenge and create a memo of the information, took about 1 hour in addition to a standard interview. Was contacted after this interview for a second interview that included a PowerPoint presentation. This interview was awful, one of the panel members was on their phone the entire time I was presenting. Ultimately I was offered the job, they would not negotiate salary (offered me $45k) and changed the position title from "policy analyst" to "junior policy analyst". I said no thank you.

Interview
I felt led-on, stringed on after series of interview and tests, ghosted. The company culture must not be so great. Watch out for such cues when interviewing for a job.
