I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AeroBay (India) (Noida) in Nov 2025
Interview
I interviewed twice for the Graphic Designer position. The initial rounds, including introduction, task assignment, and HR discussions, were smooth and professional. However, in both instances, the final interview with Ms. Manisha Luthra was very brief (around 10 minutes).
After the first attempt, I was informed that the rejection was based on “overall performance,” which I accepted. Interestingly, I was contacted again for the same role a few weeks later. Unfortunately, the outcome was the same, with the feedback stating that I was “not a personality fit for the organization.”
While I respect the company’s decision-making process, clearer and more detailed feedback could have made the experience more constructive for candidates.
