Otherwise, we are of course deeply sorry about your recent experience. For the cabin crew role we had hundreds of applications and responding to every application in a timely manner presented an extreme challenge. At no point did we make it mandatory for candidates to self fund any training prior to being successful but we apologise if this was misunderstood in our communications as it was such an urgent requirement.
