Poorly managed business for employees, the management are extremely poor - the worst I’ve ever seen, they do not like talk in the office, social butterfly’s are a no go, you’ll be left to your own device with minimum feedback on your work, I was employed for a role they’d been trying to fill for 3 months, turns out they had 3 people hired who left within 2 months, one gentleman left after one week and I do not blame him. The management will talk to you with utter disrespect, one gentleman in particular talks to you like an infant, and will not let you get a word in edgeways, they don’t want creative or bubbly people, they purely want workers with there heads down, and better then that they will not compensate you for it, the max you’ll earn in commissions in recruitment will be £32,500 a year regardless of placements. I’ve worked with some pretty tough and honest people across sales for last 5 years, but coming here was like visiting a circus, purely because of management, I’d avoid at all costs, do not be swayed/sold a dream. Since I was at the business across the last 30 days, I had been told to be cautious by 4 employees of the sales/recruitment teams, and they told me about the abuse they’d also received from management, I was absolutely blown away by what I’d heard, and it wasn’t untrue as I had seen evidence of this.

The working environment was toxic. If your face fits, you will be ok. If it doesn’t, you will recognise this very quickly. Poor distribution of quality vacancies to work on. Senior resourcers get the cream… the rest get the crumbs and are then scrutinised for not filling vacancies for the most obscure job titles in the weirdest locations.
