Lengthy interview process for a 9-10 store area with average compensation (compared to other beauty/skin brands) and below average incentives.
- Response after application took 2-3 weeks.
- 1st interview is a recruiter phone screen and asks basic multi-unit management questions and reasons for brand interest.
- 2nd interview was an hour virtual session with the commercial director and the recruiter.
- 3rd interview was with the commercial director, head of commercial and someone from HR. It was setup as an hour long case study presentation whereby I had to generate a deck based on a couple mock scenarios.
- 4th interview was to go to a store with the commercial director and someone from training and development where we trialed presenting skin products. - After 2 months of phone calls, emails and presentations - I was not afforded communication on the final interview decision (which is common). But given the amount of time and effort required for application, I assume that the working environment is likely the same in that there are tons of expectations and limited communication.
