Aevitas Creative Management interview questions

Process included a 48 hour window granted for a writing assignment. However, the assignment included reading a 35 page proposal and writing a pitch letter. No feedback was provided, and communication has significant lag time.

Emailed my CV and cover letter, heard back from the recruiter within a few weeks. Only had one interview with the recruiter before being accepted within the next two weeks.
