I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Affinity in Mar 2023
Interview
The first interview was with the talent acquisition team followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews were 30 mins in length and virtual. Experience based and situational type questions were asked.

I applied online. I interviewed at Affinity (London, England) in June 2022
Interview
Awful experience. I applied for the job and one of their HR reps, set up a phone interview. The time slots she sent me were all inappropriate for the UK (probably she didn't know that there are different time zones in the world), but nevertheless I accepted the invite. The day of the interview she canceled it, and offered to reschedule for another day, again, at an impossible time (9pm UK time!). I told her I could not attend at that time, so she offered other time slots. The day of the interview, I dialled in, but she didn't show up. How unprofessional. Forget about this company, time wasters.

Question 1
I didn't get to this stage as the HR person did not show up
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Affinity in Apr 2019
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After a brief back and forth she set me up with a phone interview (with another recruiter - seemed a bit strange it wasn't just with her or someone from the actual team).
The call went great! At the end, the other recruiter even mentioned she though I would be a fantastic fit for the position and would recommend me to the head of the team.
After this call - GHOST.
I never got the contact information for the person I actually spoke with, so I followed up with the original recruiter on LinkedIn and never heard back.

I want to apologize for this experience. When we read this review, we researched our communications with candidates. We narrowed it down to a likely candidate when we discovered a profile that had an incorrect email address: it was missing a letter. For some reason, our applicant tracking system didn't alert us that it was an invalid email address. So we did try to reach out and we assumed the email was sent. It wasn't until someone looked more closely at the email that we realized the error. Sometimes technology works against us! We do wish you the best in your search.
