Easy. Fair to Midland, but kind of boring. Very standard questions were asked,and very standard procedures were followed. Very polite and professional. Prompt questions asked. Good quality interview. Hard to describe in so many words

They asked me for an example of dealing with a customer.
Fairly easy and straightforward process. Asked about situational experiences regarding insurance police’s prior work history and knowledge of working computers the recruiter was very nice and made me comfortable. P&c will require 10 weeks of training

Took 4 applications. Thought I was going to insurance customer service. Ended with Verizon customer service. No one seemed to care when I explained that I had originally applied for insurance customer service.
