The interview process was very straight-forward, with role-specific questions.
A great addition to the interview process was an extensive introduction to the organization, it's history, and its beliefs in its work. This gives very good insight into the role and organization, before answering their interview questions.

Interview
I had to submit my application after a referral by an employee at the office.I was called to set up an interview a few days later. The interview was brief and mostly a personality assessment. I was then later on in the day told that I got the position and started soon after that.
