Interview
Worst interview to date. Was interviewed by 4 people. They would ask me questions, look extremely uninterested and disengaged when I responded. When it was my turn to ask questions, they interviewers would take an awkward amount of time to decide who was going to respond.. even though they were general questions that they could all respond to, one of them would answer and then it would be awkwardly quiet again as I was waiting for the next person to respond. Horrible.

Interview
I was hired through an external organization and placed with ACC. I met with the hiring coordinator and had a spectacular interview experience. She was immediately warm and personable, and we were able to forego the traditional interview format in order to have a more meaningful and lasting conversation.
