Initially I was contracted by a recruiter on phone who asked some basic questions and explained the role fairly well. The job description was extremely detailed and specific which made it easy to prepare for the interview. The interview had 3 rounds, first a meeting with HR and management, where everyone was extremely friendly and straightforward. Second was a presentation, where I was clearly given instructions and the presentation actually helped me understand the role even better. Management gave helpful feedback on the presentation and were again very friendly and professional. Last interview was with head of HR, which also went well. Overall a very pleasant experience and avoiding a lot of the problems I've faced with other interviews such as ambigious job descriptions and rude interviewers
