Agera Energy interview questions

I sent in my resume through an acquaintance and sat down for an interview with three individuals. It was a fairly relaxed setting where we were sharing information. They did ask some random questions not necessarily related to my experience but trying to uncover my personality.

Sat down with a manager and answered questions about my background and for the position. After talking for around 20-30 min, the manager interviewing me told me that he was going to go grab one of the other managers to do a second round interview with me. I sat in the conference room waiting for half an hour before being told the other manager wasn't available and that we'd have to reschedule. They never responded to me after that. Very unprofessional and says a lot about their culture. Don't work for this company
