Recruiter interview followed by an "Executive Summary." Then a hiring manager and I wasn't told any further. After submitting the summary I was ghosted even after a follow up. Not a great feel.

Immediately started with salary expectations, then the recruiter just went line by line through my experience and told me to describe it. Very little actual dialogue.
