I came into Agilent and met with my manager and my mentor. They asked me about my previous coursework/ lab work and I explained to them my projects listed on my resume. Then they gave me some technical questions, that were really basic.

Maybe it was because of Covid but no step for meeting the team or visit the offices.

Very nice interview process. Everyone is very friendly. Recruiter contacted me first, then 30min with hiring manager after a few days. An onsite interview was scheduled afterwards. They payed the full expenses and put me in a nice hotel. It was overall pleasant experience.
