Internal recruiter and I exchanged pleasant emails, I submitted an application and notified the recruiter. They then sent a signup link for a phone interview and we scheduled a date/time. Phone interview began late because they had an emergency so I spoke with another recruiter and the call was general (about the position and my goals). I was told I would hear back in under 2 weeks. I sent thank you notes and I never heard back. I eventually sent a follow up to bother recruiters I spoke with around the 3 week mark and was told by the replacement recruiter that they weren't involved in the process for the posting but it looks like it was filled.
